Lesley Kendall is a partner in our firm's Family Law Group, joining our firm in 2000.
Lesley is designated by the Law Society of Upper Canada (“LSUC”) as a Certified Specialist (Family Law).
Lesley provides service in every area of Family Law, including:
- domestic contracts,
- separation agreements,
- marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements
- divorce,
- custody and access,
- child and spousal support,
- division of family property, and
- restraining orders.
Lesley is qualified to represent children as an appointee to the Personal Rights Panel of the Office of the Children's Lawyer, including providing legal advice to children in cases of family adoptions. Lesley practices collaborative family law and is a member of the Kingston Collaborative Family Lawyers Association. Lesley also provides services as a Parenting Coordinator.
Lesley is actively involved as a member of the Frontenac Law Association. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for Child Care United.
