Hilary Warder is a member of our Family Law Group. She has been with us since 1996, after several years experience in Kitchener/Waterloo.

Our Family Law Department can help you with family law issues including the negotiation and preparation of Separation Agreements covering issues such as custody, access, child and spousal support, division of family property and the preparation of divorce proceedings in Family Court. We also provide assistance with the negotiation and preparation of Marriage Contracts and Cohabitation Agreements often in conjunction with general estate planning.
