Carolyn Shelley is an associate in our Litigation Group with a focus on Family Law.
Carolyn provides services in every area of Family Law including:
- domestic contracts,
- separation agreements,
- marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements
- divorce,
- custody and access,
- child and spousal support,
- division of family property, and
- restraining orders.
Carolyn also accepts Legal Aid Certificates in family law matters.
Carolyn is a native of Kingston who attended university in Toronto where she commenced her legal career as a legal assistant and law clerk. Carolyn also attended law school in Halifax, Nova Scotia and articled thereafter with the Office of the Children's Lawyer in Toronto. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association and the Frontenac Law Association.
