Ashley Brown is an associate in our Litigation Group with a focus on Labour & Employment Law, as well as Education & Health Law.
Ashley provides services in every area of Labour & Employment Law, Education & Health Law, including:
- Human Rights proceedings
- Review and preparation of employment contracts and policies
- Wrongful dismissal litigation
- Labour arbitration
- Collective bargaining
- Administrative law
- Dispute resolution
Ashley graduated from Queen's University Faculty of Law in 2009, at which time she received the David Sabbath Prize for outstanding achievement in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Ashley is actively involved in the wider Kingston community. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Frontenac Law Association. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington.
