Anthony Ball is a partner in our Litigation group. He brings a wealth of experience as an advocate for his clients in the trial and appellate courts and before private arbitrators.
Anthony's civil litigation practice covers a wide variety of commercial and contractual disputes, including:
- real property and construction disputes
- municipal law litigation including zoning and by-law matters
- estate litigation
- wrongful dismissal and employment litigation
- insurance coverage and defence representation
- shareholders rights, oppression actions and partnership disputes
- director and fiduciary duties
- products liability
- professional negligence
Prior to joining us Anthony was a partner with a major national law firm based in Toronto. He is a member of the Frontenac County Law Association and has been a guest lecturer at the Osgoode Hall Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop. In 2001, Anthony appeared as counsel before the Walkerton Inquiry.
Anthony is a past Director of Hospice Kingston and coaches youth soccer for the Cataraqui Clippers.
